The Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 oz (30 ml) Hard Cut Vodka
  • 3 oz (90 ml) gin
  • 0.5 oz (15 ml) Lillet Blanc

Instructions

  1. Fill a mixing glass with ice.
  2. Add Hard Cut Vodka, gin, and Lillet Blanc.
  3. Stir slowly until thoroughly chilled and properly diluted.
  4. Strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass.
  5. Garnish with a lemon twist if desired.

PRO TIP

Because this drink is intentionally spirit-forward, temperature matters. Chill the glass beforehand and stir long enough to soften the alcohol without over-diluting the cocktail.
