ESPRESSO

1.5oz (45ml) Hard Cut Vodka 0.75oz (22.5ml) coldbrew coffee liqueur, preferably Mr. Black
1oz (30ml) hot espresso coffee
1-2 barspoons (5-10ml) of rich* sugar syrup, according to taste


Shake hard for 10 seconds with ice, strain into V-shaped martini glass.

Garnish: Expressed lemon zest and 3 coffee beans

A cocktail glass filled with black coffee or dark liquid, garnished with a lemon twist and coffee beans.

2.5oz (75ml) Hard Cut Vodka 0.5oz (15ml) extra-dry vermouth


Stir for 45 seconds on ice & strain into rocks glass over a single oversized ice cube.

Garnish: 3 speared green olives

2oz (60ml) fresh-pressed apple juice (preferably from red Fuji apples)
1oz (30ml) fresh-squeezed lemon juice
0.75oz (22.5ml) fresh ginger juice

Shake with ice for 10 seconds, strain into an ice-filled longdrink glass.


Garnish: A cut lemon wedge and a bouquet of mint.
